Abstract:
To prevent a workpiece from being contaminated with oil.SOLUTION: Before a workpiece 11 is mounted on a holding surface 200 in a state in which horizontal moving means 5 and vertical moving means 4 are coated with oil as a lubricant including photoluminescence particles, a camera 80 is used to image the holding surface 200 while using a light 81 to irradiate the holding surface 200 in an imaging area with ultraviolet light, and it is checked whether a picked-up image emits light. When the picked-up image has a light emission part, it is determined that oil sticks on the light emission part. Consequently, it is known in advance that the holding surface 200 is contaminated with oil, and the workpiece 17 can be prevented from being contaminated with oil. Further, a scattering source of the sticking oil can be determined based upon a color of the light at the light emission part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
