Title:
PROCESSING METHOD FOR POSITIVE PHOTOSENSITIVE PLANOGRAPHIC PRINTING PLATE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3780668
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve environmental adaptability and safety in handling of a positive photosensitive planographic printing plate, which has the excellent printing resistance in spite of execution of offset printing by using a wetting water not contg. IPA under high-speed and severe printing conditions like those of rotary offset printing and has the excellent adaptability to the ballpoint pens, and has the excellent printing resistance in spite of execution of processing the positive photosensitive planographic printing plate formed by providing the surface of an aluminum base subjected to surface roughening to 0.3 to 0.9 μm in center line average height Ra with a positive photosensitive compsn. with the developer not contg. a silicate and even if the wetting water not contg. the IPA is used under the high-speed and severe printing conditions like those of rotary offset printing and the adaptability to the ball point pens.
SOLUTION: The positive photosensitive planographic printing plate formed by disposing the layer of the positive photosensitive compsn. on the aluminum base formed by subjecting an aluminum alloy material contg. 0.001 to 0.04 wt.% Na to an electrochemical surface roughening treatment in an acidic electrolyte, then to an anodic oxidation treatment is developed with a developer not contg. the silicate.
