Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a printer side to speedily, accurately and easily change sold-out managing data by allowing the printer side to scan-input a bar code corresponding to a sold-out menu so as to change sold-out managing data in a sold-out managing file.
SOLUTION: The printer 20 for printing an order slip is connected through a data communication line 1, and this printer 20 is provided with CPU 21 and ROM 22 as a bar code converting means and a bar code printing control means. Then the side of the printer 20 is provided with a scanner 27, a keyboard 28, CPU 11 and ROM 12 substantially as a sold-out managing data changing control means, etc. Thereby sold-out managing data in a sold-out managing file concerning a menu sold-out-announced and scan-inputted on the side of the printer 20 is changed to the sold-out state. As what must be operated are only the keyboard 28 and the scanner 27, this processor is easy to handle.
