Abstract:
This product selection support system is provided with: a means for acquiring selected brand information indicating the brand of a cartridge product selected by a customer's predetermined operation on a user interface unit; a means for acquiring specific brand information indicating a cartridge product of a specific brand among cartridge products of a plurality of brands; and a means for outputting, to the user interface unit, predetermined information regarding a main unit device of an aerosol inhaler, in accordance with the predetermined operation, when a main unit device capable of using the cartridge product of the specific brand indicated by the acquired specific brand information cannot use the cartridge product of the brand indicated by the acquired selected brand information.
