Abstract:

PURPOSE: After active ingredients in fruits are transferred into honey by dissolving, the honey is fermented with a wine yeast to produce carbonated alcoholic beverage for health that contains medicinal ingredients and nutritions as well as adequate levels of alcohol and saccharides.

CONSTITUTION: Plums, wild vines and other fruits are dipped in honey and pectinase is allowed to act on the mixture to transfer the active ingredients in fruits into the honey. Then, wine yeast is used to effect fermentation in a usual manner to prepare an alcoholic beverage for health containing ingredients in fruits, then the beverage is carbonated.
