Abstract:

PURPOSE: To stabilize electrically conductive characteristics, to raise development and to enable image picture formation in a low electric field of development by uniforming or stabilizing an electrically-conductive coating film by providing specific raw material coarse particles with heat, vibration, impact strength or shear force.
CONSTITUTION: Heat, vibration, impact strength or shear force is applied to an electrically-conductive and magnetic raw material coarse particles which comprise a synthetic resin contained in at least one of magnetic core particles and an electrically conductive coating film and electrically-conductive fine particles supported by the resin to modify the surface of the raw material coarse particles, to uniform or stabilize an electrically-conductive coating film and to reduce volume specific resistance of the raw material coarse particles.
