Abstract:
NEW MATERIAL:The compound of formula I (R is various amino acid side chain).
EXAMPLE: 7-Nitrobenzofurazanyl-4-aminoethylthiocarbamylalanine.
USE: Microanalysis of amino acids.
PREPARATION: The objective compound can be produced by coupling an amino group of an amino acid of formula II to 4-isothiocyanatoethyl-amino-7- nitrobenzofurazan of formula III in a solvent (e.g. THF) for 30-60min at room temperature.
