To provide a method for manufacturing electrogalvanized steel sheet capable of enhancing lightness without addition of fresh components into a plating bath.
In the stage of manufacturing the electrogalvanized steel sheet having a galvanizing coating weight of 10 to 40 g/m2 by subjecting a steel sheet to electrogalvanizing a plurality of times in a plurality of plating baths, the method has a preceding stage plating process of applying electrogalvanizing to the steel sheet in at least one or more plating baths, and a post stage plating process of applying electrogalvanizing to the steel sheet in the at least one or more plating baths, and further has a dipping process of dipping and passing the steel sheet without energizing through a zinc plating solution in the at least one or more plating baths, between the preceding stage plating process and the post stage plating process.
