PURPOSE: To easily produce a pipe made of synthetic resin which is free from torsion and wavy phenomena and has stable quality by winding a tape along the prescribed virtual helix different in the diameter of winding and tightly sticking the wound adjacent tapes with each other and winding the tape at the nearly same angular velocity in a range over the axial direction of the virtual helix.
CONSTITUTION: Carrier force is imparted to the direction orthogonal to a feed roll 7 by a driving roll member 11 in the base end side of a feed roll 7. A tape 2 is sent to the axial direction while it is sent to the circumferential direction of an axis winding mechanism 3. Then this tape 2 is wound one round on the outer circumference of the said mechanism 3. The tip of the tape 2 is pinched between the tape 2 of a second round and the feed roll 7 so that one part thereof is overlapped on the inside of the tape 2 of the second round. Thereby the tape 2 following the second round is supplied so that one part is overlapped on the tape 2 one round earlier. At this time, the overlapped part of the tape 2 following the second round and the tape 2 one round earlier is heated by a heater and melt-stuck. Thereby a pipe 20 having large diameter is continuously produced.
