PURPOSE: To provide a method of efficiently producing a tile-prefabricated sheet having tiles arranged correctly thereon to transfer the tiles on a curtain wall.
CONSTITUTION: At least one side of base paper 2 is made waterproof and, on the other side thereof, is mounted a mask 3 which has a plurality of openings, each of which conforms with the size and shape of a tile 4 and which are formed at the places corresponding to the desired positions of the tiles 4, the tiles 4 are placed in the opening parts of the mask 3, the surface side of the tile is firmly attached to the base paper 2 with a water-soluble glue, the mask 3 is removed and joint sealants are filled in the gaps between the tiles and are attached to the base paper 2, thereby producing a tile-prefabricated sheet to transfer the tiles on a curtain wall.
