Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a method for producting the rhodium carrying solid catalyst in a small rhodium loss, at a low catalyst production cast and excellent in a high ecosromics in the method by depositing a rhodium complex on a pyridine ring containing insoluble resin.

CONSTITUTION: In the producing method for the solid catalyst made by depositing the rhodium complex on the pyridine ring containing insoluble resin, the method is composed of (I) a process to deposit a rhodium cation on the resin by allowing the rhodium cation to react with the pyridine ring containing insoluble resin in a water solvent and (II) a process to deposit the rhodium complex on the resin by allowing the rhodium cation depositing resin to react with carbon monoxide and an alkyl iodide in an organic solvent.
