Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate production of a viscoelastic sheet stable in quality by a single mixing process.
SOLUTION: A photopolymerizable composition containing 100 pts.wt. monomer mixture comprising 50-98wt.% of at least one (meth)acrylic ester of a 4-12C alkyl alcohol and 50-2wt.% polar monomer copolymerizable therewith, 0.01-5 pts.wt. crosslinking agent having at least two functional groups selected among aliphatic and alicyclic isocyanato, aziridinyl and epoxy groups, or metallic crosslinking agent and 0.01-5 pts.wt. photopolymerization initiator is photopolymerized to a conversion of 1-50% beforehand and then applied to a substrate in sheet form, and the sheet is irradiated with ultraviolet rays.
