Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To plurally pile up projection display devices to constitute a multivision projection display device and to shorten the depth of the housing of the projection display device so as to miniaturize the device by providing a hollow housing having a space part formed by notching obliquely downward on the back surface side of its upper surface and a protrusion that is protruded from the back surface side of its lower surface and constituted so that the projecting part may be fitted to the space part.
SOLUTION: This device is provided with the hollow housing 30 having the space part 39 formed by notching obliquely downward on the back surface side of its upper surface 32 and the protrusion 37 that is protruded from the back surface side of its lower surface 34 and constituted so that the protrusion 37 may be fitted to the space part 39. A video projected from a projection device incorporated in the protrusion 37 is reflected by a reflection mirror arranged on the inner surface of an inclined surface part 32b, and projected on a screen 1. Since the device is constituted so that the protrusion 37 of the upper projection display device may be fitted to the space part 39 of the lower projection display device, the display devices are plurally piled up to constitute the multivision projection display device.
