Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain shoes provided with waterproof leather in a simple method, by putting a sheet of protective leather laid between the front cover and the backing material as a porous binding material into the underside of an inner bottom, and bonding the porous binding material with the peripheral part of the inner bottom at the opposite side of the front cover material.
SOLUTION: The protection shoes are provided with a hard protection leather SK arranged at the toe part between a front cover S and a rear backing material L, and the underside of the protection leather is put in the underface of an inner bottom B. The rear laminated backing material L is sewed or stuck together the peripheral edge of an inner bottom B at the toe part by a third seam N3. The protection leather SK is covered with a porous binding material V at the toe part and stuck to an adhesion part KN at the underside of the inner bottom B. The adhesion part KN is extended to the center of the underside of the inner bottom B over the third seam N3. In this case, the area (adhesion area) of the porous binding material V exteding to the center of the inner bottom B over the third seam N3 is bonded with the inner bottom B by a strand-form adhesive. And front cover material S is extended to the underside of the inner bottom B.
