Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the phase shift of two pulse signals even if parasitic capacitance exists in transmission lines and the pulse signals of high speed are transmitted by providing a phase comparator comparing the phases of digital signals transmitted by the first and second transmission lines.
SOLUTION: In the first transmission line 3, one end is connected to the connection point of a first resistor 12 and a first current bias circuit 13. In the second transmission line 5, one end is connected to the connection point of a second resistance 15 and a second current bias circuit 16. They transmit the digital signals. The phase comparator 6 compares the phase of the third digital signal A transmitted from the first transmission line 3 and that of the fourth digital signal B transmitted from the second transmission line 5, and discriminates the code of the fourth digital signal B. Even if parasitic capacity exists in the first transmission line 3 and the second transmission line 5 and the two high speed pulse signals are transmitted, the phase shift can be suppressed with such constitution.
