PURPOSE: To perform deodorization and dehumidification certainly by providing a vane-wheel itself adsorption faculty.

CONSTITUTION: On the surface of a plurality of vane plates 8 which are arranged radially on the circumferential part of a base board 7 and projected forwards, a number of granular adsorption bodies 9 are adhered which consist of material effective for deodorization and dehumidification such as silica gel, active carbon, and zeolite, and a vane-wheel 6 is provided with adsorption faculty. Thus, when a motor 4 is started, the vane-wheel 6 revolves, and the air in a case 1 is inhaled from a suction port 2, and after the odor and moisture contained in the air are adborbed by granular adsorptive bodies 9, the air is discharged from a discharge port 3. Consequently, without increasing the blowing resistance, deodorization and dehumidification are carried out, and the miniaturization of the whole body and the simplification of fabrication are achieved.
