PURPOSE: To obtain the title improver providing boiled rice having excellent color, luster and taste, containing calcium L-lactate, calcium pantothenate and cholecalciferol, by making into a granular state.
CONSTITUTION: The objective improver, for example, containing 90.8% calcium L-lactate, 9.0% calcium pantothenate and 0.2% (50,000 IU/g) cholecalciferol and made into a granular state.
