To provide a compound that inhibits the VEGF (vascular endothelial growth factor) effect.
This invention relates to a quinazoline derivatives, processes for their preparation, pharmaceutical compositions containing these derivatives, as active ingredient, a treatment for morbid state relating to angiopoiesis and/or increased vasopermeability, the use of them as pharmaceutical, and relates to their uses in the production of pharmaceutical for use in producing the effect for decreasing anti-increased vasopermeability and/or anti-angiopoiesis in warm-blooded animals such as human. This invention is quinazoline derivatives represented by formula (I) and their salts; processes for their preparation; and pharmaceutical compositions including a compounds of formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. The compounds of formula (I) and the pharmaceutical acceptable salts thereof inhibit the effects of VEGF, a property of value in the treatment of a number of disease states including cancer and rheumatoid arthritis.
