Title:
RIBBON OF Fe-BASED AMORPHOUS ALLOY AND IRON-CORE MANUFACTURED THEREWITH
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3634286
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ribbon of a Fe-based amorphous alloy, which can manufacture an iron-core having superior soft magnetic properties, even when temperature distribution generates in each part of the iron-core during annealing.
SOLUTION: The ribbon of the Fe-based amorphous alloy superior in the soft magnetic characteristics for alternating current, is composed of main elements of Fe, Si, B, C, and P, and unavoidable impurities, and has a composition of 78≤Fe≤86, 2≤Si<4, 5<B≤16, 0.02≤C≤4, and 0.2≤P≤12, by atom.%. The above soft magnetic characteristics of the ribbon comprise B80 of 1.35T or more and a standard deviation of B80 of less than 0.1, in the range of annealing temperature of which the ΔT is at least 80°C, when the maximum value of annealing temperature is Tmax, the minimum value is Tmin, and ΔT=Tmax-Tmin. The iron loss is 0.12 W/kg or less in the range of the annealing temperature of which the ΔT is at least 60°C. In addition, the ribbon has a superior embrittlement resistance of which the bending fracture stress εf is 0.01.
