Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a function separation type bridge support device capable of responding horizontal load acting an upper structure by shearing deformation in the omni-direction, thus functioning as omni-directional horizontal force dispersion support.
SOLUTION: A function separation type bridge support device is provided with a sliding support supporting vertical load so that the upper structure 4 can move in the horizontal direction, and a horizontal load support mechanism 5 deforming in shearing in the horizontal omni-direction and supporting the horizontal load of the upper structure without supporting the vertical load of the upper structure. The horizontal load support mechanism 5 is provided with an elastic body 20 fixed on the upper face of a lower structure and having a rectangular flange plate 23 forming a gap C1 with the upper structure 4 on the upper part, and an engaging member 34 fixed on the lower face of the upper structure 4, enabling engaging with a periphery along the bridge axis direction and bridge axis orthogonal direction of the flange plate 23, enabling engaging through the gap on the lower face of the flange plate and supporting upper lifting force.
