Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drastically enhance the safety and reliability of an injection molding machine while ensuring the advantage accompanied by the use of a software circuit.
SOLUTION: In constituting the drive control unit of the injection molding machine M for controlling the driving of a servo motor 3 displacing a movable part 2, the predetermined function parts 5, 5e, etc., in the servo circuit 4 connected to the servo motor 3 are divided depending on their importance and the very important function part 5 is constituted of a hardware circuit 6 requiring no software, and the other function parts 5e, etc., is constituted of the software circuit 7 through the software.
