Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the sensitivity of an inspection radar device to inspect an object to be inspected by the radar system, and to shorten the inspection time.
SOLUTION: The pulse signal is applied to a transmission antenna 101 from a pulse oscillator 103, the electromagnetic wave is radiated in the object 1 by changing the transmission output step by step, the reflected wave by the object 2 is received by a reception antenna 102 for each transmission output, and the data of the reflected wave of the preset point number is sampled via an analog-digital converter 106 corresponding to each transmission output. The time before sampling the reflection waveform from each transmission output and the sampling interval at each sampling point are also determined in advance via a timing signal oscillator 105. The data on the sampled reflected wave is amplified by a computer 201 according to the predetermined pattern so as to generate the data corresponding to a smooth reflection waveform, and the inspection result is displayed on a display device 202 based on the amplified data and the data on the scanning position by a distance measuring unit 107.
