Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to perform processing of a hole of a non-true circular shape such as an elliptical shape and so on in one process and in a short time.SOLUTION: The radial cutting control device comprises: a spindle; a servo motor for the spindle which comprises a tool holder which is mounted in a state eccentric with a central axis of the spindle and is rotatable relative to the spindle and which is fitted to the spindle; a control shaft which is rotatably provided in a hole formed at a central part of the spindle, and which transmits rotation to the tool holder; a servo motor for the control shaft which rotates the control shaft; a coupling which transmits rotation of the servo motor for the control shaft to the control shaft, and transmits rotation of the control shaft to the tool holder; and a storage which stores binary data for controlling rotations of the servo motor for the spindle and the servo motor for the control shaft.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
