PURPOSE: To remove the constraint of the size and shape of a building while maintaining the fine view of the building by bringing a large number of specific radio wave reflecting screens under the state, in which the surfaces of the screens are directed to an oblique upper section, and installing the screens to a stepped shape in the vertical direction, etc., along the surface of the building.
CONSTITUTION: A large number of radio wave reflecting screens 1 in which a plurality of metallic bars 3 are arranged to a reed screen form at intervals extremely smaller than the wavelength of a radio wave to be reflected are mounted to a stepped shape in the vertical direction, etc., along the surface of a building under the state in which the surfaces of the screens 1 are directed to an oblique upper section. The radio wave to be reflected is reflected toward the sky by the radio wave reflecting screens 1, thus preventing ratio trouble in the building. Each radio wave reflecting screen 1 has appearance such as a blind as an awning, thus also damaging no appearance of the building. Accordingly, the constraint of the shape and size of the building can be eliminated while maintaining the fine view of the building.
