Title:
RADIOWAVE-ABSORPTIVE CONCRETE REINFORCING MATERIAL AND RADIOWAVE-ABSORPTIVE CONCRETE BOARD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH084146
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To readily obtain a thin and spacious concrete panel, by knitting fine threads of chemical fibers with a large tensile strength so as to make a braid and sticking ferrite powder on the peripheral face and solidifying a reinforcing material instead of reinforcing steel rods.

CONSTITUTION: Fiber fluxes 2 composed of fine threads with a large strength like polyamide fiber are kitted so as to make a braid and continuously form reinforcing materials 1. After the reinforcing materials have been forced to pass through an epoxy resin tank, ferrite powder 4 is applied. In this case, a synthetic resin core material containing ferrite powder may be fitted to the reinforcing material 1. Next, the reinforcing materials 1 are arranged to form a lattice and concrete is placed with a prestressed state. A metallic plate 6 like aluminum foil is stuck on the rear face to form a large ferrite structure 7. In this way, a large scale radiowave absorptive material can be easily obtained.
