Abstract:
To provide a range hood which can prevent soot and oil droplets from contacting with an electric component without providing an inner surface panel.SOLUTION: In a range hood, soot collected in a hood 2 flows along a lower surface 20a of a hood top plate 20 of the hood 2 to be discharged to the outside of the device. In the range hood, an electric component 5 and an electric component cover 6 which covers the electric component 5 while contacting with the lower surface 20a of the hood top plate 20 are attached to the interior of the hood 20. A protruding part 8 is provided in a portion, which is along a contacted portion 10 of the electric component cover 6, in the hood top plate 20. The protruding part 8 prevents soot and oil droplets from flowing to the electric component cover 6 side, and thus the range hood can prevent soot and oil droplets from contacting with the electric component 5 without providing an inner surface panel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
