Abstract:
To provide a raw tire manufacturing apparatus capable of simplifying apparatus structure by providing turn-up means for folding back an outer portion of a tire case using a hoisting arm.SOLUTION: The raw tire manufacturing apparatus comprises: turn-up means 8 including a plurality of hoisting arms whose outer ends are pivotally supported on a slide member 20; and a pair of bead setters 4 capable of transporting a bead core 3 to a bead set position P1 of a former 2. A bead setter 4A comprises a moving body 27 that can move in an axial direction, a core holding ring 28 that holds the bead core 3, and connecting means 29 that can be connected to the slide member 20, and the slide member 20 is moved in the axial direction, when the connecting means 29 is connected to the slide member 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
