Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reheating device capable of additionally heating a food material after reheating with a simple operation.SOLUTION: A control device of a reheating device includes: a cooling control part 271 which controls a cooler so as to start cooling of a food material by an operation start request signal from an input device 21 and to cool the food material until reheating start time; and a reheating control part 272 which controls a heater so as to start reheating of the food material in accordance with the reheating start time and to reheat the food material under a reheating condition. The input device 21 is constituted in such a manner that after executing control of the reheating of the food material, it can input an additional heating request signal for additionally heating the food material in the control device. The control device of the reheating device also includes an additional heating control part 274 which controls the heater so as to additionally heat the food material for preset time, by the input of the additional heating request signal from the input device 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
