Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ice tray and its manufacturing method capable of suppressing occurrence of lack of fillet without using flux.SOLUTION: A plurality of partitioning wall members 20 are vertically disposed in a lattice shape on a base plate 10 to define and form a plurality of ice making chambers 2 in an ice tray 1. An outer partitioning wall member 22 being one of outer partitioning wall members forming outer frames of the ice making chambers 2 has a plurality of first engagement portions 25 having first slits S1 notched to an upper side Z2, on an end portion 221 on a lower side Z1. Other partitioning wall members 21, 23, 24 joined to the outer partitioning wall member 22 have second engagement portions 26 having second slits S2 notched to the lower side Z1 from the upper side Z2 on end portions in a longitudinal direction. The second engagement portions 26 are engaged with the first engagement portions 25, and have projecting portions 29 projecting to outer parts of the ice making chambers 2. A height H1 from the base plate 10 of the projecting portions 29 is higher than a height Hs from the base plate 10 of the first slit S1, and lower than a height H0 from the base plate 10 of the outer partitioning wall member 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
