To obtain the subject film excellent in low-temperature heat sealability, adhesive strength, etc., in a sealed part and usable for packaging bags, etc., by including respective specific amounts of an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer produced by a specified metallocene catalyst and a specific polyethylene.

This readily tearable film comprises (A) 50-90 wt.% of an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer produced by a metallocene catalyst and having (i) 0.925-0.960 g/cm3 density and (ii) 0.1-100 g/10 min melt flow rate(MFR) and (B) 50-10 wt.% of a high-pressure-produced low-density polyethylene having (i) 0.920-0.935 g/cm3 density, (ii) 0.1-100 g/10 min MFR and preferably further (iii) a melt tension(MT) represented by the formula MT<(-9)×Log (MFR)+10.
