In a ready-mixed concrete car with a rotary drum 2 for stirring ready-mixed concrete housed in it mounted on a car body 1, the rotary drum is tilted between an up-turned position where an opening part 20 formed in one end is turned up and a down-turned position where the opening part is turned down, and also a drum driving gear 6 for fixedly positioning the rotary drum within this tilt range is provided.
