Abstract:

To obtain tea beverage and a fat absorption restraining agent each having rebound restraining effect after a diet using the extractives of post-heating fermented tea.

The tea beverage is obtained by putting 6.0g of puerh tea as post-heating fermented tea and 6.0g of jasmin tea as Chinese tea in 3,000 g of hot pure water at 85°C followed by extracting for 5 min, diluting extracted solution obtained by filtration, adding sodium ascorbate to bring to 600 ppm and sterilizing the solution followed by filling in a hermetic container. The fat absorption restraining agent is obtained by extracting puerh tea in hot water and freeze-drying to bring into a powdery state. As a result, the beverage and the fat absorption restraining agent enabling obtaining slimming effect without side effects are each provided.
