Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reciprocative mechanism of a jig saw wherein in a jig saw containing a reciprocative mechanism for converting rotation of an electromotive motor to reciprocative motion of a rod, since a slider composing the reciprocative mechanism is beforehand fitted directly to a rod swinging back and forth, it is displaced back and forth together with the rod; a comparatively large gap needs to be provided between the slider and a guide roller in order to permit that; consequently it causes generation of vibration; and then fatigue of a user can be reduced by decreasing this vibration.
SOLUTION: A slider 14 is supported movably only upward and downward via a guide block 15, and the rod 21 is supported swingably back and forth via a support axis 22 by the slider 14.
