Abstract:
To provide a recording apparatus which makes it possible to properly set a temperature where functions of a recording medium is restricted.SOLUTION: A recording apparatus 100 accessible to a recording medium 150 comprises control means which sets a temperature threshold where functions of a recording medium is restricted, to be a value within a range which can be set to the recording medium. The control means switches whether to perform first setting of setting a temperature threshold where the functions of the recording medium is restricted to be a default value of the recording medium or perform second setting of setting the temperature threshold to be a value larger than the default value, in response to a data storage state into a memory.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
