Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in which because an efficient separating and recovering technique has been established even if there is a technique that decomposes a part in a prior art though a rare metal-containing part has been used for used electrical and electric equipment, when thinking recycling of the rare metal, establishment of an apparatus and a method are required in which a piece of an electronic circuit board including the rare metal and the rare earth magnet used for the electrical and electric equipment are separated and then are subjected to sorting recovery from among an composing member obtained by decomposing.SOLUTION: Used electrical and electric equipment is taken apart automatically, a given composing member is subjected to sorting by hand work, and then a piece residue that cannot be subjected to manual sorting is sorted to a substrate piece or the like containing a lot of the rare metal to be recovered through a piece residue sorting process. Moreover, the composing member including a rare earth magnet is recovered through a rare earth magnet sorting process and then is demagnetized to decrease magnetic force, and thereafter the rare earth magnet is selected and recovered by a rare earth magnet sorting operation.
