Abstract:
To solve the problem of cost increase caused by necessity of various reflection plate design parameters depending on extent of an area and distances of transmission-reception/reflection plates.SOLUTION: A design method for a reflection array for transmitting a radio wave that is from a base station and is to be used for communication to a reception region includes: a gain setting step of determining required gain; a width setting step of determining a required beam width; a preparation step of preparing a plurality of reflection plates whose reflection directions differ from each other; and an arrangement step of arranging the plurality of reflection plates so that a beam formed by the plurality of reflection plates satisfies the required beam width as a whole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
