To enable a person to rest a neck on a pillow to relax when he sits on a chair by fixing it and making the neck rest thereon.
A main body is fixed on a chair by fitting a pipe part of a backrest, pinching the pipe part of the back rest with a fixture 2 and fixing it with a vis. Then, a pipe 4 on which a pillow 3 being a rest for a neck is fixed is inserted into a cylinder 5 of the main body. The pillow 3 is adjusted to the height being fitted to a body and is fixed with a bolt 6 for clamping. When the pillow is not used, the bolt 6 for clamping is loosened and the pipe 4 is lowered for storing. In addition, when it is used, the pipe 4 is elevated. As the result, it can be simply fixed on the chair and one can sit and relax on the chair by making the neck rest on the pillow 3 part.
