Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable generation of failures of a multiple disc friction clutch to be detected in advance, so as to improve the service to users by judging a loading state of the multiple disc friction clutch on the basis of a differential rotational number of the multiple disc friction clutch, a control oil pressure, a temperature of operating oil and a loading time.
CONSTITUTION: A remaining life judging device for a multiple disc friction clutch is constituted of a differential rotational number sensor 50 for detecting the differential rotational number ΔN of the clutch, an oil pressure sensor 51 for detecting the control oil pressure Pc to be taken as a brake torque of the clutch, and an oil temperature sensor 52 for detecting a temperature Toil of the operating oil of the control oil pressure Pc. In a control unit 53, a time measuring means for measuring the loading time of the multiple disc friction clutch, a loading state judging means for judging the loading state of the multiple disc friction clutch on the basis of the detected differential rotational number, the control oil pressure, the oil temperature and the differential rotational number generating time, a remaining life calculating means for calculating the remaining life on the basis of the loading state of the clutch, and a display 54 for displaying the remaining life are provided.
