This remote control comprises a display means 2 for displaying a content screen or the like, an input means 4 for performing an operation, a control means 6 for arithmetically processing information from the input means, setting information, display information or the like, a setting value changing means 8 for performing a setting related to the hot water temperature or hot water quantity of the bath or the automatic reservation of the bath, and an operation switching means 3 for performing the ON/OFF operation of the water heater. According to such a structure, since a user cannot perform the operation for bath setting during OFF-operation of the water heater, a trouble such as supply of water hotter than the user actually thought or storage of hot water in a bathtub in a quantity different from the hot water quantity the user thought, which will be resulted from that the user forgets that the setting was changed, can be reduced.
