Abstract:
To provide a remote controller that can singly operate a plurality of devices 1 with excellent operability.
A storage section 18 stores image data of an operation menu sent from a device and received by a data reception section 15 and a display section 12 displays the operation menu. A user is in contact with a contact coordinate detection section 12 to enter an operation instruction under the relation with operation buttons or the like of the displayed menu and the remote controller transmits coordinate data under the contact to the device to be controlled via a data transmission section 14. The device to be controlled carries out an operation related to the coordinates on the basis of the contacted coordinates data on the displayed menu.
