Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote management system capable of grasping a weather situation in a job site equipped with machine facilities, and speedily coping with malfunction or the like caused by the weather situation.
SOLUTION: In this remote management system (parking lot management system) 1, a job site system 2 to carry out the computer control of machine facilities and the operation management of the machine facilities at the site of the machine facilities is connected to a support center (customer support center) 3 to support the job site system 2 in response to information relating to the operation management of the machine facilities from the job site system 2 via a communication line (public line) 4. The support center 3 is provided with a weather information acquiring means (CTI server, weather satellite antenna) 30, 36 to acquire weather information, and the support center 3 decides whether the peripheral area of the machine facilities is in a prescribed weather condition or not based on the weather information acquired by the weather information acquiring means 30, 36, and supports the job site system 2 if it is in the prescribed weather condition.
