PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reroofing device for seam fastening-type folded roof, which is mounted on the top of a folded roof board, and rigidly pinches only a seam fastening portion, to thereby carry out roofing work of new folded roof boards.
SOLUTION: The reroofing device is comprised of a pair of seam pinching pieces (a) each consisting of an upper bearing portion 2, a bulged reinforcing portion 3, a curvedly bulged seam pinching portion 4, and a lower mounting portion 5. The upper bearing portion 2 has a hole 11 through which a bolt 10 of a fastening tool penetrates, and is formed by outward bending an upper end of a vertical pinching bearing portion 1 for pinching one side surface of a clip 12. The bulged reinforcing portion 3 is formed by outward bulging a lower end of the vertical pinching bearing portion 1. The seam pinching portion 4 is provided for a seam fastening portion, and formed by curvedly bulging a lower end of the bulged reinforcing portion 3 so as to press-pinch one side of the existing seam fastening portion. The lower mounting portion 5 is formed by outward extending a lower end of the seam pinching portion 4 in a manner tilting downward as it goes toward the tip. When the device is assembled, the clip 12 having a hole is interposed between the seam pinching pieces (a), and the bolt of the fastening tool is penetrated through the seam pinching pieces (a), followed by screwing nuts thereon. Thus, both the pinching pieces are assembled for use as the reroofing device.
