PURPOSE: To provide the remote program load system capable of reducing the load of the work station and improving the operability on the remote program load system in the exchange device system.
CONSTITUTION: The system consists of a local area network 1, work station 4 connected to the local area network 1, and a plurality of front-end processors 2 connecting the local area network 1 and the exchange device 3. An IPL discrimination section 10 discriminating whether reproduction processing is performed by the self device or an IPL request is performed to the work station 4 according to a fault generation state of the self device is provided in the front-end processor 2, and a processor management section 50 monitoring the operation of the front-end processor 2 and performing the remote IPL on demand is provided at the work station 4.
