Title:
REPRODUCED CHROMINANCE SIGNAL PROCESSING CIRCUIT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3128331
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of color blur in a reproduced image by improving deadened characteristics in the rise/decay of a vertical component in a reproduced chrominance signal.
CONSTITUTION: This processing circuit is provided with a circular type chrominance signal noise reducing (CNR) means consisting of a subtractor 13 to which a reproduced chrominance signal is supplied, the 1st coefficient unit (coefficient K1) 20 for correcting the output of the subtractor and an nH (n=1 or 2) delay circuit 14 for delaying the output of the unit 20 and a signal correcting means 22 connected to the unit 20 to receive the reproduced chrominance signal through the 2nd coefficient unit (coefficient K2) 2 as a control signal and selectively output a signal.
