Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a reproducing device capable of decoding with a high degree of reliability even if the same code as a start code of pack or packet exists in private data, by making an internal sequencer start operating with a first synchronous information of a pack transferred from an optical disk driver as a trigger.
SOLUTION: A sequencer circuit 201 starts operating, by making a first synchronous information as a trigger synchronizing with the first data of the pack which is reproduced from an optical disk and transferred to a system layer decoder 55 through a data processor 30a. Thus, decoding can be performed with a high degree of reliability even if the same code as a start code of pack or packet exists in private data, and since a processing can independently be performed by the pack by reducing the influence as far as possible on each decoder part 58, 60, 62 by CRC error even if it occurs, the whole system will not run away and the reproducing device with a quick treatment process for recovery even when an error occurs and the reproducing method thereof can be obtained.
