Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the production efficiency and stabilize the seal action for a valve plate by coupling and hooking the upper section of a coil-shaped spring in a circular coupling and hooking recess groove formed on the bulged wall section of a cap-shaped cover plate. CONSTITUTION:A valve plate 8 is overlapped on a substrate 7 bored with an exhaust hole 9 at the center to form a stratified body, on the other hand the upper section of the bulged wall section 1a of a cap-shaped cover plate is bent to form a hooking section 3, the upper end section of a coil spring 2 is coupled and hooked in the coupling and hooking recess groove of the hooking section 3 to form an assembly body, the assembly body is overlapped on the valve plate 8 of the stratified body, the periphery wall section 1b of the cap-shaped cover plate is overlapped on the periphery section of the substrate 7, they are integrally bonded. It can be correctly and smoothly manufactured, the seal action for the valve plate 8 is stabilized at the preset position.
