Title:
CHARGED MOTOR-DRIVEN TOOTHBRUSH
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH1189859
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a charged motor-driven toothbrush with which even a user having optical disturbance can recognize the completion of charging required and sufficient for brushing.

When a main body 3 of toothbrush is mounted on a charger 1, a secondary output is generated on a secondary winding wire 4 by electromagnetic induction, and charging to an electric charge storage part 5 is started. While receiving the rise of such a charging signal S2, a charging detection part 7 outputs a charging detecting signal S3. A charging alarm part 8, which receives this charging detecting signal S3, issues an alarm with a tone showing the state under charging. When the main body 3 of toothbrush is detached from the charger 1, the output from the secondary winding wire 4 is eliminated so that a charging signal is changed from 'H' to 'L'. Since an inputted charging amount signal S1 is 'L', the charging detecting part 7 receiving this change outputs a charging detecting signal S4. The charging alarm part 8, which receives the charging detecting signal S4, issues an alarm with ones for reporting the state under charging and sufficient charging.
