PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition having excellent foaming properties and sufficient printability, and also to provide a manufacturing method of a resin sheet, a laminate sheet and a foam wallpaper.SOLUTION: A foam wall paper includes a base material and a resin foam layer disposed on the base material. A resin composition is for forming the resin foam layer. The resin composition includes a filler, a foaming agent, a foam auxiliary and a resin content. The foam auxiliary includes, in an aromatic ring, an aromatic carboxylic acid metal salt having secondary or higher alkyl group or cycloalkyl group.SELECTED DRAWING: None
