Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition which can be used as a film for covering a water-stop agent for concrete or a vessel thereof of the water stop agent that can perfectly inhibit the water leak from the interface between the concrete and the separator or from microspaces occurring at the construction joints of concrete.
SOLUTION: This resin composition contains (A) 100 pts.wt. of an aliphatic polyester and (B) 1-100 pts.wt. of at least one selected from the group consisting of polyalkylene glycols represented by the formula (R1 and R2 are independent from each other and mean each hydrogen atom or a 1-6C saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon group; n is an integer of 1-5), polyvinyl alcohol and starch. In comparison with an aliphatic polyester only, this composition develops increased hydrolytic function even in the pH conditions of ≥11. This composition substantially causes no bleedout in the mold processing as well.
