Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fill resin material appropriately without plasticizing it and weigh it correctly and stably by filling the resin material in an unplasticized state into a fixed capacity pot, and detecting the filling pressure of the resin material in the fixed capacity pot.
SOLUTION: An injection molding machine is provided with a metal mold device A having a spoolless metal mold 50 provided for single impression without a runner and with little loss of resin material, an injecting device B, and a weighing device C for weighing resin material shot by shot. A filling part 2 of the weighing device C fills resin material in an unplasticized state into a fixed capacity pot 1 by the control of a control part 4, while a sensor 3 detects filling pressure of the resin material in the pot 1. When the filling pressure reaches the specified value corresponding to the weighing target value of one shot part, the filling of resin material into the pot 1 is stopped to weigh the resin material according to the capacity of the pot 1 and the filling pressure of the resin material. The resin material can thereby be weighed correctly and stably in spite of being in the unplasticized state.
